Town of Marlborough Vehicle and Traffic Court is canceled for Wednesday, December 9th, Monday, December 14th, and Monday, December 21st 2020.

You will be notified by the court after the 1st of the year.

Pursuant to Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks, as of December 9, 2020, all town and village court operations in the third judicial district of the State of New York must once again reduce foot traffic in the courthouse to protect the health and safety of litigants, lawyers, court staff and judges.
